I imagined those responsible for organizing relevant products on a page must have meant they were targeting something on purpose - like a body part or system or topical versus ingestible. Perhaps this will make you feel better but no guarantees. Instead, take a hint from the music lyrics and "Say It To My Face" rather than thinking I can read your mind.
